Learning curve and work life balance.

Pros

When you are in a phase where the learning curve is exponential, your work-life balance is compromised. However, at ARM, I feel that I have enough time to carry out my extracurriculars and spend time with my family.

Cons

Sometimes, I have to work apart from my office hours to gain more insights into the project and technical stuff.

- Good compensation (including shares) - Some good employee benefits such as day of care - The chance to work with bleeding edge of technology and access to a wealth of highly experienced engineers

Cons

- Company focus has all but lost its employee focus - Snap decisions made for shareholders at the expense of employees and project quality - Golden handcuffs hold you down
