Pros
Despite the Exec having long since firmly shifted to San Jose and populated by wannabe tech bros showing off their bromances where they can, Arm is still a great company. Dig in, ignore the corporate BS that has become the norm and count the RSUs as they come in. The company still hits way above its league and isn’t making its money selling ads and harm to children. It’s real tech having huge impact. Relish these times.
Cons
A couple of the Exec are truly toxic individuals but most of them are nice people. Rene handles Masa well and pulls together a strong and compelling strategy but he’s not really a people person and it can be a bit brutal at times.
