A company that treats people like people not a number. ARM has a very European corporate policy with a very American work ethic in my opinion The Best of Both Worlds

Cons

the companies choices in cities for corporate offices is a bit on the Rough Side housing is limited in those locations

The structure is quite fixed, difficult to get a change to move up career stair.
