      Great people, nice work and life balance, good salary and bonus. The technology is amazing.

      Cons

      Need more communications between the different teams.

      Pros

      Great people and culture, constant learning of new technologies and innovation, great engineering mindset, encouraged to try out ideas. "We not I" attitude means others help you to your goals (and you help others!). Flexible working, only come into the office some of the time.

      Cons

      Was a bit disheartening earlier this year when people left with redundancies etc, but getting back to good spirit. Not strictly a con, but still working out "hybrid working" (as no doubt everyone is), to ensure good collaboration, but also good flexibility.
