Arm treats its employees better than any employer I have worked for in 30 years in the industry. The reward at the senior end is good. It is flexible in its work policies for those whose performance is good. Arm is highly influential in the ecosystem. Arm on your CV is generally a strong point. Arm gives a month sabbatical for every 4 years of service Senior management regularly make themselves available to explain and be questioned on their actions.
Cons
Uncertainty with new CEO and restructuring. Diversity needs improving.
