      Pros

      - Complete flexibility with working from home / the office - No pressure to sacrifice work/life balance - Good pay - Good focus on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion - Good overall culture

      Cons

      The company is currently being purchased by Nvidia. This is resulting in lots of uncertainty about the future, and has also resulted in not insignificant pay cuts, though the pay still remains very good.

      Really trying to make an effort with quality, devops, diversity equity and inclusion, psych safety. Making it a more fun and engaging place to work. We not I, passion for progress and be your brilliant self are lived and part of success at Arm

      Cons

      Uncertainty over Nvidia buy-out, but will be stellar in any way with all the work already done.
