Cutting Edge Technologies, Flexible hours, generous benefits package (at least since last 2 years)

Cons

Very long working hours, especially next to each milestone! Promotions are not a transparent process Sometimes, your relationships with influential people are much more important than your competencies Mid-management do not listen (or even exist), unless you will decide to resign.
