Excellent salary and perks. Very good work-life balance. Good opportunities for promotion. Leader in the industry.

Cons

Too many reorgs: feels like executive management is lacking vision. Very CPU-centric, any other products don't receive too much attention. Too many layers of management, which doesn't help solving real problems.
