Thank you for leaving a review and acknowledging the strides Arm has made in establishing one of the brightest and most diverse work environments in the industry. As with any company there will always be challenges and areas for improvement. Individual team cultures can vary at times based on their leadership. However, the goal is to have a rich and fulfilling growth-oriented culture that spans across the global organization collectively and I believe Arm is well on its way to achieving this.
