      Good company but big egos in people team

      Pros

      Good organisation that is growing at a fast pace. So for someone who enjoys challenges, it is an ideal place to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Many managers are new and are not well trained. Ego tends to play a big role especially in the support functions like HR and people-team.
