      Pros

      Excellent benefits, strong work-life balance, passionate and interesting colleagues, good communication from top levels on the status of current projects and the direction of the company.

      Cons

      HR needs massive improvement--very difficult to get started as a new employee due to lack of organisation/effort from the talent team.

      Pros

      Flexible Working Arm embraces flexible working and this makes my life far easier, enabling me to balance between work and home life. I have never experienced this level of flexibility in previous employment. Benefits Some excellent benefits that are accessible to all employees! Recently introduced flexible benefits pot - AMAZING! The pot is to support health and wellbeing outside of work, never had a benefit like this before but can't wait to use it. People The team I work with are amazing, I am lucky to have the opportunity to work with people who live by Arms core beliefs and who I can learn from

      Cons

      Email heavy, less of the typing and more of the talking. Promotions through grading system - Its often feels that people in the management levels get promotions far more quickly than those who are at the lower grades. Unsure if there is a cap on the number of people they want in each grade but it does feel that way.

Thanks for the feedback regarding our leaders - we recently introduced our core beliefs for leaders which should help us think about our leadership shadows and what behaviours we demonstrate when inspiring and leading teams! We don't have any caps on the number of people in grades at Arm and so I would also love to encourage you to have an open conversation with your manager around your accountabilities and what opportunities there are to progress your career (both vertical and horizontal)!       Welcoming atmosphere Interesting benefits Culture of learning and improvement Lots of trust and autonomy

      Cons

      On-boarding process practically non-existent - sink or swim! Rapid growth at the moment, so if you don't like change this might not the best place for you
