Pros

High salary and bonuses. Lots of free time. Friendly atmosphere.

Cons

Lots of bureaucracy. Too many managers without any clear definition of who is really in charge. No focus on the product. Very little actual work gets done. Supposed to be using Agile but managers have little understanding of Agile or unwillingness to adjust to it.
