      Pros

      Exciting, fast moving, digital design projects with talented and motivated engineers. Promotions and annual review seem to be based on merit and reasonably objective. Relaxed work environment - little politics (at least at my level) and generally consensus based decision making.

      Cons

      Can be significant pressure to deliver, particularly around project deadlines. Has reputation for offering mediocre reward package (but can't personally confirm). Recent acquisition has potential to be unsettling.

      Good working culture. Flexible Timings. A great oppertunity to learn.

      No such drawbacks for interns, but the thing is they give less work .
