      Thanks for leaving a review! The Rewards team is currently reviewing compensation across all regions and groups, and are working on adjusting salaries and bonuses as needed. As for bonuses, those are tied to our overall company performance, so when the company does well, we all get rewarded! While we had excellent growth last year, the numbers were shy of our max bonus payout. As communicated in our quarterly earnings results meeting, we are on track to hit that target this year, though it may change as we still have a long year ahead of us! -Rick C.       Pros

      Ethical and socially engaged. Good work/life balance. Technically challenging and fascinating work. innovation and proactivity recognised and rewarded. Very friendly. Some very, very bright people!

      Cons

      Cambridge is a wonderful place to live but is also expensive. Office space is at a premium but expansion plans are underway to bring everyone onto the same campus in 2016.

      Thanks for leaving a review! The Austin office employees recently moved in to a new building, and it's a big upgrade in terms of space. One of the good problems to have, growing so fast that we out grow our facilities! While housing prices are out of our control, we are currently reviewing our compensation package across all regions and groups, so an increase in salary can certainly offset some of the "sticker shock" that comes with living in an expensive region.
