Good career progression opportunities. Good Pay. Interested in quality code over slop. Most staff are friendly and supportive.

Cons

Poor attitude to people with disabilities (which is why I had to leave). Few learning opportunities in some teams. Poor management.

Great culture, well-defined career progression and lots of interesting projects to work on and great benefits.

Cons

Nothing significant I can think of. I wish there was a bit more flexbility on the hybrid work (min 2 days a week), but it’s not a dealbreaker.
