      Pros

      Arm has a great and welcoming culture. Graduates are welcomed everywhere and are given real meaningful work.

      Cons

      Not a lot of social events.

      Pros

      1. Pay is competitive to other SD semiconductor companies 2. Culture is very good - open and challenge with data 3. Lot of growth areas 4. Hybrid model - not monitoring badge is good culture 5. Benefits are great ( 401k-6%, ESPP 2 years look back with 15% discount )

      Cons

      1. Work from home -> you can not work from china or India . If company wants to be real semiconductor company , you have to competitive in this aspect 2. Medical premium is not Zero like few other companies in San Diego
