Working with bleeding edge technology. Good pay, excellent stock bonus, great ESPP option. Sabbatical, parental bonding PTO. Quarterly day of care (extra PTO).

Cons

As the stock bonus is the most significant part of the total compensation, the volatile market and restricted trading periods can cause high level of stress.
