      - Supportive Leadership and Management - Great Inclusive Culture - Fair Reward and Benefits - Great Parties - Additional Education Funding - Work/Life Balance

      Cons

      - Regional and Group Salary Ranges are vastly different for same/similar job roles. - RSU Close/Open Periods make selling shares (worth any value) challenging and frustrating when prices are so high during close. - Lack of Goal Congruence at times between Groups. - Not a huge fan of CEO.
