Great culture, well-defined career progression and lots of interesting projects to work on and great benefits.

Cons

Nothing significant I can think of. I wish there was a bit more flexbility on the hybrid work (min 2 days a week), but it’s not a dealbreaker.

Generally a good work place. Good vision especially at the CEO level. Decent compensation and perks

Cons

A lot of good work is outsourced. Promotion cycle is a disaster. Bad work life balance at times and work is not worth the time as it is merely reviews/ documentation.
