We have really worked hard on our core beliefs and benefit package so it's good to see that reflected in your experience, we really do work on making arm unique and that our benefits are some of the best so glad to hear that you felt that our benefits were really good. In terms of salary thanks for the feedback, we do try and keep competitive in the market by salary mapping the market to see what is happening outside of arm and what our competitors are offering salary wise, but it is great feedback for me to relate back to the business.       Pros

      You get both, a brand name and a good work experience. Work culture is really good. You will learn a lot because ARM has so many things which are used in all over the VLSI industry. You have heard of ARM processors for sure. It's a great place to work. I loved it.

      I can't think of anything. It's just great.

      Pros

      Plenty of Vacation/sick leave + Sabbatical. Great place to work.

      Cons

      No RSUs but compensated by cash (bonuses) .

      Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! The benefits and perks tied to the packages at Arm are fantastic. Obviously after the acquisition by SoftBank we are no longer a publicly traded company and the issuance of RSU’s or stock became impossible. Also, as you identified the Arm Reward Team has made every effort to ensure that employees don’t lose out entirely by replacing with parallel perks in the form of cash which keeps us in line and competitive with other employers within the industry in similar situations.
