      You're part of the exciting AI revolution and can really feel it. TC is on the par with top companies. The CEO is really pushing the company forward!

      Agility can be improved but is towards that.

      Pros

      As ARM, it’s best fit for new grads to explore, as ARM covers almost both of worlds ranging from semiconductors, CPU soft/hard IPs to software stacks , compilers. Moreover most of AI revolution is now more or less is based on ARM compute subsystems

      I get to work on the latest technology where the work is really challenging but at the same time I also can take sufficient time off and do what I enjoy

      Cons

      Have been in arm ~2 years and have no complaints.
