      Great place to work if you're an engineer, only OK for corporate functions.

      Pros

      Great benefits (compensation, PTO, sabbatical, etc.), work-life balance, interesting projects and genuinely nice people who collectively work together to get things done. Very rare to work for a company that has such an impact on the world.

      Cons

      The People Team are starting to see a lot of turnover and attrition. Very good people are leaving or being dismissed due to realigning of strategies. We don't follow our own rules of opening up new roles for everyone to apply to, with upper management playing favourites to key employees and assigning new roles directly without fair competition. Also, maternity leave needs to be brought in line with the rest of the tech industry.

      Great talent, good people, strong benefits package.

      Cons

      For such a successful company, they seem to have no problem being cheap. Very few extra office amenities.

      HR is not up to the mark.. They didn't consult with the employee for miss happening. Directly put decision against employee
