Business Outlook
Pros
Somewhat lean development team means each engineer is responsible for a large piece of the overall design. Very few meetings compared to many companies, so we have more time to do engineering. Schedules are fixed, but our input into what we are can deliver within that schedule is taken seriously. Great freedom to innovate.
Cons
Cube farm offices, so difficult to concentrate (somewhat mitigated by being able to work from home). One of the company primary values is "we, not I", so don't expect much in the way of recognition for your own work.
