      Overall package in line with tech market Great colleagues and people very dedicated to company

      Cons

      Very poor work life balance and no acknowledgment or appreciation Intimidating behaviour from senior leadership known and unchallenged Some depts. seem to have unlimited funds compared to others who struggle to operate within the confines of very poorly resourced teams due to lack of mgmt. understanding what they actually do.

      very flat structure. opinion of all employees is valued. a group culture. no top down directives. very dynamic in structure and re-structure. Easy to move horizontally.

      Cons

      sometimes it takes a while to get engaged in one direction since the whole group needs to buy in before movement starts
