      Pros

      Flexible Working Arm embraces flexible working and this makes my life far easier, enabling me to balance between work and home life. I have never experienced this level of flexibility in previous employment. Benefits Some excellent benefits that are accessible to all employees! Recently introduced flexible benefits pot - AMAZING! The pot is to support health and wellbeing outside of work, never had a benefit like this before but can't wait to use it. People The team I work with are amazing, I am lucky to have the opportunity to work with people who live by Arms core beliefs and who I can learn from

      Cons

      Email heavy, less of the typing and more of the talking. Promotions through grading system - Its often feels that people in the management levels get promotions far more quickly than those who are at the lower grades. Unsure if there is a cap on the number of people they want in each grade but it does feel that way.

We don't have any caps on the number of people in grades at Arm and so I would also love to encourage you to have an open conversation with your manager around your accountabilities and what opportunities there are to progress your career (both vertical and horizontal)!       Great company to work for

      Pros

      You obviously get to work with lots of Arm technology and interface with very knowledgeable people in the field of processor architecture. All colleagues are quite capable and your direct management is great at providing you with really nice challenges and also all the tools you may require to work on them. Additionally to all that the bonus package is great in terms of value.

      Cons

      The worst part of working at Arm (if you're Cambridge based) has nothing to do with the company itself directly but the location. The public transport is not great in Cambridge. In the end you'll have to rely on the bicycle to move around.

      Going through rapid expansion sometimes too many changes to keep up with but should be expected
