      Encouragement to be yourself and create your own path Interesting projects Genuinely brilliant and kind colleagues

      Cons

      Benefits were great but were taken away over time Environment dreadful after huge amount of redundancies Say that they care about people but all areas that focused on building culture cut Worklife balance and work load building after staff cuts US executives that are completely out of touch with UK (where the head office is)
