1. Good Salary/compensation 2. Flexible working hours/work from home(but of no use as no weekends) 3. Good Rotation policy which gives you understanding of other departments 4. You will get many opportunities to work on many other sites outside ARM india (It will happen many times and you will get overall idea)
Cons
1. Incompetent Management at ARM NOIDA. 2. Hiring of Managers/employees happens on the basis of personal relations/very less technical skills which adds bad image to ARM in the field of technology leader 3. Arm Noida hires managers who behave more like politicians than engineers. 4. Unhealthy work environment, lots of politics, more work pressure,no personal life, day & night work, no weekends are the key factors 5. Arm is a very good company,But Arm noida is completely opposite of it. No professionalism. Favoritism is at its peak. 6. Attrition rate is too high, because of the management is not able to retain the best employees , they do not understand ARM looses good employees because of the local management behavior and their politics and in the end all burden comes on the existing employees which makes life hell. 7. Director is just playing the role of HR, technical skills are very less, he is incompetent to solve issues and retain his best employees. 8. Those who deliver projects are not worth for the company, those who speak more and entertain becomes the favorite, Director simply enjoys his powers with his management team.
