Thanks for leaving a review! Free lunch vouchers are a trend that some (tech) companies have or are moving towards. It is an added benefit for the employee, is an option that is being considered in the Flex pot mentioned earlier this year for ARM employees. We try to keep the benefits across ARM equally to all employees, so the issue comes in that the cost of feeding a smaller office is much easier than the other larger offices. -Rick C. Thanks for leaving a review. Looking at your review more granularly, you give us an overall rating of 3 stars, yet rate 5 stars on everything but Comp & Benefits. I'm surprised that you found the work not very exciting, as most everyone I talk with in my office travels are fairly positive on the work they are doing, especially given the challenging nature of the work. Seeing as you are no longer with ARM, I do encourage you to expand your skillset at your current place of employment and possibly come back to ARM in the future as a boomerang hire and continue to help grow the ARM Ecosystem! -Rick C.
