      Thanks for leaving a review! The work environment and benefits at ARM are fantastic, with my favorite being the 4-week sabbatical after every 4-years of service! Being in the Austin office myself, I think the food is above average compared to other company's that I've worked at, if they even had a cafeteria to begin with.       ARM CORE BELEIF's are limited to Cambridge and are myth ! Myth I say, because have joined this company as a graduate to be a contributor in it's success. Not allowed (ALLOWED) to learn until now !!! I condemn it. HR and Management probably need to focus more on current employee's rather than acquisition !
