Thanks for leaving a review! As part of the acquisition, it was agreed between Softbank and ARM that we would retain our culture and branding. Basically, don't mess with made us so successful in the first place! The only change that we are seeing is the increase in hiring at a faster pace, as to accelerate growth in the IoT markets alongside our other IP groups such as CPUs and GPUs. Thanks for leaving a review, and it's good to see that you were able to develop your skills in a great work environment! As the company has grown rather quickly in the last few years, we acknowledge that we did not scale to provide more training opportunities for Team Leads and Managers to be more effective leaders. This has been addressed and we are actively improving the courses that our Talent and Development team has to offer Regarding pay, the base pay may not seem competitive, but when you factor in all the extra benefits such as the annual bonuses and former RSU program, the total rewards package is quite competitive. -Rick C.
