Thanks for leaving a review. My apologies for a late response, as I generally try to respond to reviews in a timely manner. First, thank you for your over 5 years of service. If you are still with ARM, you will know that we recently restructured the organization in to two distinct groups: IPG and ISG. We have a lot of growth ahead of us, with the separation allowing us focus on growing the businesses independently of each other without the need to report to shareholders. Talent Development is an important part of ARM, and one that I feel that could use more recognition. There are numerous courses that you can take internally from the Talent Development intranet page to help develop any additional skills you require for your function or you can take external courses/conferences that are needed and get reimbursed by ARM. Additionally, as an ARM employee you have access to lynda.com, so you can also use that platform to learn new soft and hard skills, be it in management, public speaking or even coding in a new language. I do invite you to come back and leave another review in 4 more months, as Glassdoor allows users to leave a review once a year.
