      Pros

      Fast growing company. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      No room to grow. More and more responsibilities added to job. Salary increase barely enough to cover inflation. No appreciation from managers on hard work and additional work.

      Thanks for leaving a review. With Softbank's acquisition of ARM, we are growing at an even faster pace than before, hiring across all functions and departments. New teams and structures are coming in, with opportunities for current employees to move to a new challenge within the company. Regarding salary increases, the majority of reviews in the company are considered 'High Performing' which means the salary increase will always be above annual inflation rate. If you've 'Exceeded Expectations', the salary increase will be higher, along with the bonus payout.       Pros

      Great opportunity to work on hi-tech enginnering projects, challenge yourself and learn new things. Be ready to step out of your comfort zone ( yes this is also positive)

      Cons

      I cant think of anything negative which only affects Arm. Maybe as ARM is a big company sometimes it is difficul to know what colleagues are working on silimilar things as you. But I guess this is a common problem in all large companies.
