      Pros

      Management are very open with employees about direction for the company, threats and opportunties ARM is taking great strides to move from a small company to a large company but is maintaining well the things that made it great Salary/package has improved significantly over the last 12 month Bonus structure has changed to enable employees to share even more in the success of the company

      Can't think of any right now. I've worked at a number of other electronics companies and this is the best one yet

As we continue to grow in headcount in each of our offices, we also recognize the need to improve our facilities to give our employees the best work environment possible so they can be focused on being their brilliant selves. For example, our headquarters in Cambridge are undergoing a massive expansion project that will allow us to grow from our current 1,500 employees to 2,500.       Pros

      You get to work on interesting projects surrounded by smart people. You get to work in partnership with some big names in the industry. There are interesting talks from all around ARM every week. I make regular use of the personal training and gym access (although the gym is unusable at peak times especially after work).

      Cons

      Starting work can be a little overwhelming at first and the expectation is that you transition to working independently quite rapidly. Training is often independent and unstructured as projects are often understaffed already, especially in software. Cambridge is an expensive place to live and you can get better pay elsewhere (although ARM's compensation is better than some might have you believe).
