As for the salary, salaries should now pay in the 75% bracket, meaning your salary will be higher than 75% of other people with similar titles in the industry. That being said, the base salary is not the whole picture, and factoring in the bonus as well as RSUs into the total compensation package makes us quite competitive, especially when factoring in the great work-life balance! -Rick C.
