Pros

Flexible working, good benefits, great location, supportive management, good development (invested in a masters outside of work), opportunity to transfer into different groups

Cons

Cambridge site is currently developing so short term is a bit scattered but in the long term will be fantastic!

Thanks for leaving a review! Even though we're growing at a very rapid pace, we are committed to ensuring that our employees have enough sustained energy to get through the work day, and in turn, the projects that they work on to grow their career development. We're bursting at the seams from the growth, but that's a fortunate problem to have! Once the new building in Cambridge is completed, our employees will be less crowded and have a bit more elbow room. -Rick C. Social Recruiting Manager

Pros

Excellent on-boarding facilitated by a helpful HR team. Good opportunities outside of standard work - such as Lunch and Learns and the intern innovation challenge. A good experience overall.

Cons

None that I can think of - it is quite expensive to live in Cambridge but this can hardly be blamed on ARM.

Thanks for leaving a review of your internship! I'm super happy to read that you had an excellent onboarding experience; I'll make sure to pass on this feedback to the HR team, as we all love reading notes like this. If there ever is a con about ARM, the one we hear most often from our Cambridge employees is on the city itself. It is an expensive city to live in though our Rewards team have been reviewing compensation across all levels and regions. Once completed, we will adjust salaries as needed for each person based on skill level/location/market value. -Rick C. Social Recruiting Manager

Pros

ARM is a nice company with interesting challenges.

Cons

Some of the design centers have less consideration (both recognition and salaries) than others. ARM Sophia is one of them.

Thanks for leaving a review! In growing to a larger organization, processes often need to be implemented in order to be structured more efficiently. It's never our intention to have excessive bureaucracy, but some are needed as a 2000 employee company is vastly different from a 4000 employee company, which is what we almost to now, vs 5 years ago. Each one of our offices from small to large all play an integral role in the ARM ecosystem. The Sophia Antipolis Design Center played a vital part in developing our Cortex processor family and is working on the next generation of processors, so from that perspective, it's definitely recognized and applauded! As for salary, the Rewards team have been reviewing compensation across all levels and regions. Once completed, we will adjust salaries as needed for each person based on skill level/location/market value. -Rick C. Social Recruiting Manager
