Like you said, everyone is friendly, smart and highly skilled, so make it a goal to meet someone new each week and learn from them! Cambridge is a fantastic city, and as its prestige has grown, so has the city and population. That means it has gotten more expensive to live in with the housing prices, something which is unfortunately out of our control.       Emphasis on innovation (and not just in engineering) and getting everyone to contribute to keeping the company developing.

      Rapid growth and constant change can lead to inefficiencies and unclear responsibilities that need to be continually fixed

      Very good work environment in all teams Good work life balance Smaller company so we get to see overall picture of a project rather than having limited visibility
