We love to challenge our employees, as well as make sure are well rested to take on the challenge of the industry.
As far adjustment for local living expenses, this has been noted by many others regarding Cambridge, and sadly a factor outside our control. However, compensation across all regions/teams is being reviewed by the Rewards team, and they will make adjustments where necessary once completed.
