We strive to make the work culture at ARM one that is inclusive and collaborative, so it's great to read that you felt it was a great working atmosphere!
Depending on your role within ARM, it can be either technical or non-technical at all. If the work duties don't match the job description you applied for, that's something that should be addressed with your line manager. With the new AFDS tool, we encourage employees to have more frequent communication with their line manager so both parties are satisfied with work output as well as career progression.

ARM employees are given a lot of flexibility and freedom in regards to their work, and we always encourage collaboration across groups. A suggestion is to start reaching out with others in the Bangalore office and network with them to see what projects that they are working on. Don't be afraid to ask questions and provide feedback!
