      Pros

      You regularly bump into the smartest people in the industry working for ARM and the bar to join gets higher and higher each year. The work is incredibly meaningful and ARM punches well above its weigh in the industry. The paid sabbatical is an awesome perk. ARM is a super-ethical company which reassures me at least.

      Cons

      It's a "noisy" place to work, which comes as a result of having such an influential place in the industry. As a result it can often feel like you're riding a roller coaster. Investors are also driving the business to grow margins even though they're already approaching 50%.

      Pros

      A fantastic open & transparent environment with great exposure from day one to the financial running of a top FTSE 100 company. As is usual for Graduate finance positions it came with full CIMA funding but also has a yearly bonus & shares, joiner shares, flexible working, free healthcare/life insurance & lots of other perks. Opportunity to dictate your career path through L&D. One of the best aspects is the modesty that exists as part of the ARM culture.

      Cons

      Slightly bland facilities compared to other tech companies but the new building should fix that soon

      Pros

      Very dynamic company, lots going on, very innovative, great culture and atmosphere, amazing teamworking and flexibility. Fantastic colleagues. Like being in a startup but with less of the financial/career risk.

      Cons

      Process treacle, growing too fast, knowledge sharing isn't scaling well. Consensus-driven to a fault. Culture of busy-ness isn't helping anybody.
