      Pros

      - Good 401K match - Good number of days of vacation - Open door upward feedback policy - Still have free soda and coffee

      Cons

      - RSU grant - Number of shares granted have been reduced by 80% and it makes easier for employee make decision leaving the company. - IT is becoming slower response - ESPP cannot be sold immediately after being vested. Selling price is shooting in the dark. - Complicated choices of software. More time wasted on feeding the software than productive

      Pros

      Clever people, very sound senior leadership, people who care about the people and the industry. Long term decisions made for the greater good of the company and ecosystem. Great benefits - RSU's and Sabbaticals.

      Cons

      It tends to be such a good environment that people commit a lot of time - it can swallow you up - when things are going well and you are engaged, this is great, when things aren't going so well, this can be more tough.

      great HR policies poor mod-senior level management

      Pros

      HR policies are great. $ weeks' sabbatical after 4 years, no other semiconductor company in india offers this. Experience in ARM adds a lot of weightage to your CV. Senior management is very approachable and go out of the way in on-boarding new recruits. Lots of global conferences and offsite sessions help provide ample oppurtunity to learn.

      Cons

      Poor senior management in PD in india. Inflexible tasks, cumbersome processes and unrealistic schedules, with heavy micromanagement kill innovation.
