      Lots of career progression but management constantly changing direction due to ownership confusion

      Pros

      - Great salary - Great benefits - Great team management (SMMU) - Lots of progression available to work your way high up the ladder all the way to Distinguished Engineer and then Fellow afterwards! - Good worklife balance - I am constantly encouraged to only work my contracted hours and reminded that when I don't it is unhealthy by the team management.

      Cons

      Upper management are constantly changing direction as to what they want to do with the company and have poor vision. The Softbank acquisition resulted in "too much" hiring and resultantly even graduates getting fired, this is unacceptable as a graduate should never be hired if they're not of quality to do the work.
