Thanks for leaving a review! As you mentioned, ARM has grown rapidly in the last few years which is both a good and a bad thing. Good in the sense that we're doing great as a business to need to scale up very fast. Bad in the sense that we did not have the proper infrastructures and policies in place to reflect a larger organization. It's been a bit of a growing pain, and we thank employees for the feedback that we've needed to improve things internally. For compensation, salary is only one component of the total rewards package, which also includes RSUs, ESPP and annual bonuses. Thanks for leaving a review of your experience at ARM. As you mentioned, we offer all employees a flexible work schedule, and all FTE employees a very generous amount of PTO, both of which help with keeping your mind and energy levels refreshed. On your view of HR policies, we continually collect feedback and improve on said HR policies to make ARM an even better to work. Recent changes like the new AFDS log book help employees with better communication channels with their line managers, as well as their annual performance review/salary adjustment. -Rick C.
