      Pros

      1. Quality of work is really good. 2. Real R&D work , not just for name sake. 3. All the work done is a contribution to the open source community which is great. 4. Great like minded colleagues . 5. The appraisal system here seems better than any of my previous organizations.

      Cons

      This is my 3rd month int this organization. So no cons as of now.

      Pros

      Good compensation. People tend to leave mostly for FAANG-like companies. A lot of opportunities for growth. You get to interact with smart engineers both within and outside the company. Work-life balance.

      Cons

      My Tech Lead was also my Line Manager. This leads to "my way or no way scenarios". Poor communication. The work culture varies widely between teams.
