CEO has brought in a change in thinking with a strong focus on following the science. Employees at all levels are encouraged to be "leaders" and so feel empowered to make informed decisions without the need for constant approval. Plenty of development opportunities, good pay, bonuses and share options. Company now on upward trajectory with exciting pipeline especially in oncology so can look forward to a bright future.

Cons

Badly under-resourced in R&D so expect long hours and plenty of stress.
