Cons

Hiring decisions are questionable (i.e. they tend to hire overqualified staff) Misleading hiring process (over promise, under deliver in roles) Hundreds of current employees who are used as lab robots with little to no direction from above.

Excellent benefits and pay - you honestly aren't going to find many IT jobs with the great pay and benefits you will receive at AZ. There is a lot of potential for those just starting with the company as reorganization can create opportunity

Cons

Constant re-organization and change where you must reapply for your role so you must be ready to weather the storm through this and accept the change, even though it can create a huge amount of stress and anxiety. IT is only an enabler for this company, so your value is limited. Employees are expected to be in the office 100% of the time. Limited ability to WFH on an exception basis post-COVID Be prepared to work extremely hard with long hours starting very early and ending late. There are no roles where you can sit back and relax at this company. Hard work is EXPECTED.

Company had good telecommuting and flexible schedule but no longer. Expected to be In the office 5 days a week and many are Looking to leave the company as a result.
