Work life balance is pretty good Co workers are fun to be around

Cons

Managers are pretty incompetent & you will end up doing most of the work yourself.Since company is based in the UK, company morale is fairly low in the US. Lots of pointless meetings on your calendar that you have to attend. You will end up doing most of the work since colleagues are lazy and management doesnt care to fix issue at hand. I would sum it up best as being on a island and the only tools you have are yourself.

I don't know where to start...some of the most incompetent senior management...very insecure....very good old boy club....senior management promotes people beyond their ability if they are in buddy group....have a speak up policy but talk out both sides of their mouth....do not dare having an idea unless you have dirt on a SLT member.....worthless and ridiculous HR

Management is terrible. I see junior people on hiring panels for positions two pay grades above them - so hiring people paid more than them, but not necessarily more qualified. i.e, AZ is more likely to hire externally than promote internally.
