      Pros

      The company was very entrepreneurial and driven to do well for the end customers/patients. Allowed flexibility and drove for excellence.

      Cons

      Corporate reorganization and closer ties with parent company, Astra Zeneca, took away the smaller company feel and independence that the company had prior to the reorganization.

      Pros

      Very good compensation package, nice office very close to the train station, very high quality of life in Zug (= good for expats)

      Cons

      Very old fashion managing style, driven by a very autocratic and patriarchic Managing Director, most people are demotivated and try to defend their position even if they are not able to fulfill it properly. No winning mentality at all....
