- Slightly above average salary and benefit package - A lot of company townhalls and free foods

Cons

- Upskilling program is not great as many people didn't like it but afraid to voice out as it is compulsary to attend. The program is more a show to the management. - Bad management especially at career level E and F - Many managers just like to talk and comment, but not willing to do the work - Management thought the work that we do are easy - No work life balance when comes to closing
