CEO has strong execution. Great pipelines particularly in Oncology area. The company is guaranteed to grow in the next 5+ years. Good life/work balance, a lot time for self-learning

Cons

It may be useless to have a PhD because you can be used like a technician. Average pay, no employer contribution to pension. Difficult to get promotion in some teams. Scientists at early career stage have the largest population, but most promotions can be given to people who have been already at senior managers + levels.

- Long hours, affecting work life balance and employee wellbeing - Questionable hiring practices - seem to be hiring overqualified individuals for roles - Strong lack of racial diversity across different functions, specifically in terms of black employees - Lack of career progression, do not feel like I have been set up for success in the business - Induction training material can be quite long and difficult to follow
