Cons

Style over substance, no clear direction or long-term vision, leadership has huge ambitions but does not create an environment where real innovation can happen. The "Cool Science" strategy and terrible "new modalities" pipeline encourages scientists to focus on their publication records instead of bringing new medicines to the clinic
